Shipping policy

1, Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours excluding weekends.
2, Orders during high volume sales or holidays are subject to extra processing time.
3, We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
4, We are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility.
5, Shipping cost is non-refundable in the event the order is delayed, destination address was incorrect or if the order contained free shipping.
6, We only ship to domestic locations in the United States. We offer free shipping on all orders.
7, If a package is refused, abandoned OR returned to sender due to an invalid address provided at checkout, a refund will not be issued.
8, A tracking number is provided via email for order tracking. Lost packages are addressed, with orders without shipping protection not eligible for refunds as of January 2, 2024. The estimated delivery timeframe within the USA is 4-8 days.

The 30-Day Guaranteed Money-Back (30 D-GMB) policy allows returns within 30 days for open or used products. Customers must return the item, even if empty, for a full refund, valid once per product per household. Two returns per year are allowed, with shipping costs non-refundable. The general return policy requires items to be in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Damaged or wrong items must be reported immediately. Certain items like sale items or gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Orders without shipping protection aren't eligible for refunds as of January 2, 2024.
